Below is the six main services provided by us to the government hospitals in Sabah and FT Labuan

Facility Management Services (FMS)

Facilities Management Services include the overall management of human resources, management and planning, policies and procedures, management of facilities, tools and equipment, quality and improvement activity, safety health and environment, technical support and special requirement.

 

 

Facility Engineering Maintenance Services (FEMS)

Facilities Engineering Maintenance is concerned with efficient and regular servicing of plant and equipment, minimizing breakdowns and interruptions, prompt response and rectification when things do go wrong, maximize system efficiency and energy conservation, and forward planning.

 

 

 

Bio-Medical Engineering Maintenance Services (BEMS)

Bio-medical maintenance services  ensures that each and every medical equipment undergoes comprehensive and planned preventive maintenance on a regular basis and any breakdown is rectified within a specified response time. The services provided ensure that the Doctors can go about their work in full knowledge that all the bio-medical equipment available is well maintained and is fit for use, all the time.

 

 

Healthcare Waste Management Services (HWMS)

To manage and dispose the clinical waste from healthcare premises and private according to the legislation of the Malaysian government.

 

Cleansing Services (CLS)

The maintenance and cleanliness of wards, clinics, labour rooms, operating theatres, laboratories and pharmacies is carried out with advanced technology that cleans both effectively and safely and is in accordance with the Ministry of Health's guidelines. General areas such as corridors, staircases, lifts, public toilets, administration offices, stores, kitchens, dining areas, hostels and staff quarters are also covered by the service.

Linen and Laundry Services (LLS)

This service handles the washing, folding, packing and purchasing of linen according to methods as approved by the Ministry of Health.

3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle)

To establish 3R program to comply or conform with latest Act and Regulation, relevant guidelines/standard or any other Government requirements to achieve targeted waste reduction.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

IAQ (Indoor Air Quality)

Good Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) is desired for a healthy indoor environment especially in Healthcare Facilities. Poor Indoor Air Quality can cause a variety of short-term and long-term health problems, for instance allergic reactions, respiratory problems, eye irritation, sinusitis, bronchitis and pneumonia.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

EM (Energy Management)

To establish, document, implement and continually improve on "Efficient Management of Electrical Energy" of Contract Hospitals in accordance with the regulatory requirements.
