Sedafiat Sdn Bhd continues its steadfast commitment to strengthening operational excellence at healthcare facilities through the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Roadshow, which most recently extended to Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH), Kota Kinabalu on 15 May 2025.

The official delegation from Sedafiat Headquarters, led by Chief Executive Officer Datuk Hj Ag Buhtamam Hj Ag Mahmun, arrived at the hospital's main lobby at 10:00 AM and was warmly welcomed by QEH Facility Manager, Mr. Yaginus Julis, along with the QEH Sedafiat team.

The visit commenced with a courtesy meeting with the Director of QEH, Dr. William Gotulis, to discuss strategic matters related to the quality and effectiveness of hospital support services managed by Sedafiat. During the meeting, Dr. William expressed his deep satisfaction with the high level of professionalism and commitment consistently demonstrated by Sedafiat staff at the hospital.

Following the discussion, the CEO delivered a special address to the Sedafiat QEH workforce. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of maintaining Sedafiat’s stellar performance, which has been nationally recognized since 2018 as a leading provider of hospital support services in Malaysia.

“Excellence is not merely achieved—it must be sustained and continuously enhanced. Sedafiat must remain a benchmark in efficiency, integrity, and a work culture rooted in noble values,” he stressed during the session.

To complement the visit, Mr. Yaginus Julis presented the Annual Performance Report, highlighting the operational achievements throughout the year and the improvement initiatives undertaken to enhance service quality.

This visit not only served to strengthen two-way communication between management and frontline staff, but also provided a critical platform for aligning strategic direction and fostering a culture of teamwork among the Sedafiat workforce.
