
Datuk Ag. Buhtamam Ag. Mahmun
Datuk Haji Ag Buhtamam Ag Mahmun is a prominent business leader and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sedafiat Sdn Bhd, a company that provides Hospital Support Services in Sabah & Labuan.
He has a background in forestry and environmental management, holding a diploma in Forestry Science from Universiti Pertanian Malaysia (UPM) and further education in the United Kingdom and the United States. His career began as a Forestry Officer in Sabah, and he later held various positions within the Sabah Forestry Department before transitioning into the corporate world.
His involvement in the business sector includes serving as President of the Dewan Perniagaan Melayu Malaysia (DPMM) Sabah since 2007 and also the Vice President of DPMM Malaysia. Datuk Ag Buhtamam has held various advisory and board roles, such as being a member of the Kota Kinabalu City Hall Advisory Board (DBKK) from 2010 to 2016, a board member of CIDB (since 2013), a member of the Board of Directors of Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) (since 2013), and a board member of the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) from 2011 to 2016.
Additionally, he has served as a member of the Committee for Bumiputera Status Registration and Recognition (JPPSB) (since 2000), Advisor for the Kota Kinabalu Polytechnic (2013), and Mejar Kehormat, Pasukan Simpanan Tentera Darat Rejimen 507 Askar Wataniah.

En. Syahrunizam bin Tan Sri Samsudin
En. Syahrunizam graduated from the Australian National University with a double degree; Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance, and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honours. Syahrunizam is a member of the Harvard Club of Malaysia and the Institute of Marketing Malaysia.
En. Syahrunizam was formerly the Chief Executive Officer of Touch ‘n Go Sdn. Bhd. and began his career as a returning PETRONAS scholar serving in the Corporate Planning and Development Division. Later he became the founding shareholder and COO of PETRONAS’ first IT Outsourcing company.
He is currently is the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of UEM Edgenta Berhad since 1 July 2020 He also sits on the Board of Opus Group Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary of UEM Edgenta Berhad.

En. Azrul bin Ahmad
En. Azrul completed his tertiary education from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in Bachelor in Accountancy, with Honours.
He started his career from Ernst and Young as Auditor. Prior to his appointment in as the Deputy of General Manager in Sabah Economic Development Corporation (SEDCO), he has served SEDCO as Business Monitoring Officer in 1997, Treasury Manager in 1997 until 2007 and later as Group Finance Manager from 2007 until 2014.
He is also is a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountant since 2001.

Dato’ Hj. Mohd Zain bin Dahlan
Dato’ Hj Mohd Zain graduated from Southern New Hampshire University, USA. He holds a BSc in Community Economic Development and Human Services.
He began his career as the Board of Director of Korporasi Kemajuan dan Nelayan Sabah (Ko-Nelayan) and as a General Manager Perkasa Trading Sdn Bhd.
Currently, Dato Hj. Mohd Zain is the District Chief of Tuaran Sabah.

Datuk Dr. Mohd Yaakub bin Johari
Datuk Dr. Mohd. Yaakub is an alumnus of University of Salford, England where he attained his PhD in Sociology. He holds a Master of Science in Liberal Studies from University of Manchester, and Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from University of Sussex.
Datuk Dr. Mohd Yaakub has previously served IDS since its establishment in 1985, in which he was the Executive Director/Chief Executive of the Institute for fifteen years from 1994 to 2009, prior to his appointment in 2009 as the President/Chief Executive of the Sabah Economic Development and Investment Authority (SEDIA). He had served as the President/Chief Executive of SEDIA until June 2020.
Over the course of his professional career, Datuk Dr. Mohd. Yaakub has sat on the board of various corporate bodies including Suria Capital Holdings Bhd., Warisan Harta Sabah Sdn. Bhd., and Kimanis Power Sdn. Bhd. among others. He currently sits on the board of Permodalan Nasional Berhad.

Datuk Hj. Pengiran Saifuddin bin Pengiran Tahir
Datuk Hj. Pengiran Saifuddin bin Pengiran Tahir graduated from University of London with a Law Degree and a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Malaysia Sabah.
He was admitted to the High Court of Borneo in 1988. His career in the legal field included the appointment as a Senior Legal Officer in the Sabah State Attorney General Department from 1994 until 1996.
He previously held positions as Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Angkatan Hebat Sdn. Bhd., Managing Director at Sabah Urban Development Corp. Sdn. Bhd., and Group General Manager at Sabah Economic Development Corp.

En. Awang Roozan bin Mohd Nadzir
En. Awang Roozan bin Mohd Nadzir holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Management Information Systems from University Tun Abdul Razak and a Diploma in Business Studies from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
Currently, he is the Executive Director and Head of Procurement, Vendor, Logistics, and Inventory Department at Sedafiat Sdn Bhd, as well as the Executive Director of 1care Consortium Sdn Bhd and a Director at Crystal Everich Sdn Bhd.

En. Ahmad Fazril Fauzi
En. Ahmad Fazril Fauzi graduated from Deakin University of Melbourne, Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in Accounting and Finance. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants), Chartered Accountant (Malaysian Institute of Accountants) and Certified Integrity Officer (Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission).
Prior to his career, he served as the CFO of Boustead Heavy Industries Corporation Berhad and held key roles in Group Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Integrity & Governance at Boustead Holdings Berhad.
He is currently is the Chief Financial Officer at UEM Edgenta Berhad.

Karen Lynn Johnson
Ms. Karen Lynn completed her tertiary education locally and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of London and a Masters of Laws from the University of Malaya, Malaysia. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in May 2007.
Prior roles include Senior Legal Counsel at Maybank Investment Bank, Maybank Kim Eng from June 2018 to June 2022, and Senior Manager of Group Legal at AmBank Group from September 2016 to September 2017. Karen began their career as an Associate at Kadir Andri & Partners, focusing on general litigation, and later served in various roles at Albar & Partners and Rajes Hisham Rahim & Gopal, specializing in conveyancing, commercial drafting, and intellectual property.
She is currently is the General Counsel of UEM Edgenta Berhad.
