Sedafiat Extends Food Basket Contributions to Flood and Landslide Victims in Papar
Papar, 17 September 2025 – Sedafiat Sdn Bhd continues to demonstrate its commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) by contributing essential food baskets to victims affected by floods and landslides in the district of Papar.
The contribution was delivered by the company’s representatives, led by Mr. Vitus Juin, Head of Operations, together with Datin Dr. Mariam Binti Mahmun, Head of Corporate Communications Unit, and Mr. Ag Amir Akmal Bin Ag Buhtamam, Procurement Executive.
The distribution covered four Temporary Evacuation Centres (PPS), benefiting a total of 91 household heads (KIR), as follows:
- PPS Dewan Lok Kawi Height Kinarut – 25 households
- PPS Kg Mook Kinarut – 5 households
- PPS Kg Marahang – 5 households
- PPS Dewan Masyarakat Papar – 56 households
Sedafiat hopes that this contribution will help ease the burden of the affected victims and provide some relief to the families currently placed in evacuation centres.
