Bhd. offers comprehensive healthcare waste management solutions to a majority of healthcare institutions in Sabah and the Federal Territory of Labuan.  Our services include transportation, on-site collection, consumable supply, and compliant treatment and disposal of waste, utilizing an innovative technology and adhering to strict safety standards for all contracted hospitals and private healthcare institutions.

Sedafiat Sdn. Bhd. provides safe and efficient healthcare waste management with a fleet of licensed, well-maintained vehicles and highly trained personnel. Sedafiat Sdn. Bhd. owned two Clinical Waste Treatment Facilities licensed by Department of Environment: Lok Kawi Treatment Plant and Labuan Incinerator Plant. Lok Kawi Treatment Plant utilizes technology from Germany, the Microwave Disinfecting System (MDS), with a capacity of 6MT per day. Meanwhile Labuan Incinerator Plant uses Incineration technology with a capacity of 600KG per day.
