Sedafiat Call Centre (SCC) is a centralized platform that provides 24 hours / 7 days a week help desk service to all the 26 hospitals in the state of Sabah and Federal Territory of Labuan. Since the commencement of Sedafiat Call Centre’s operation in the year 2017, Sedafiat Sdn. Bhd. had received recognition from the Ministry of Health Malaysia, for its effort in transforming the help desk service in the Hospital Support Service industry, towards a more efficient and effective delivery system that helps minimizes the inquiry time for hospitals scheduling maintenance, services or status of assets.
